This post is unlike any others I’ve done! And guess who helps me with this every time (and the only time I can get him in the kitchen?)….my husband! Limoncello is a popular liqueur in Italy made with the zest of lemons. My husband and I began making our own a few years ago because we didn’t like the store bought kinds. They are either too sweet, not sweet enough, too strong, or just plain old not good. A lot of the store bought Limoncello is also made with Vodka, and we like using grain alcohol instead. Our version has the perfect balance of tangy and sweet!
