It’s October and that means everything apples and pumpkins! Apple picking, apple pie, apple crisp, pumpkin patching, pumpkin carving, pumpkin spice lattes…the list goes on and on!! Why not combine the two? That’s exactly what I did here with this Apple Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. You could have this for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. And the added bonus…it’s healthy!
I use my Wildtree Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake blend in this smoothie. This stuff is a must have in the fall! You can do so much with it and I pretty much have been putting it in everything since September. It’s organic, gluten free, and made with all natural ingredients – including pumpkin!!
To make this smoothie, you will need:
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 teaspoon of Wildtree Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Blend
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
